Launching in Auckland in 2025, the World Street Dance Championship (recently renamed as World Dance Crew Championship) is a biennial competition designed to bring the global dance crew community together to compete on a world stage. The NZ Government’s Major Events Fund has contributed $750,000 to the 2025 event, which is expected to generate approximately $4 million into the New Zealand economy. Through research, storyboarding ideas, and client presentations my design direction was chosen to be developed into a full design package including the brand assets, website, promotional material and signage.
